A new division of Fusica which specializes in restaurants.

As with breweries Fusica's unique spin on project design is as much about the back of house as the front of house. In other words the functional and the aesthetic. 


Design Lead

Jennifer has a culinary degree, has been a restaurant chef, a catering manager and assistant to a nationally known chef, caterer and restaurant entrepreneur. This along with her design and drafting educations she has a unique blend of experience. She prides herself on designing "working kitchens" that take into account the needs of culinary professionals.   

Twisted Soul Cookhouse and Pours - Westside

Chef Deborah VanTrece and Lorraine Lane

Opening late 2016 in the Westside Provisions area of Atlanta to much anticipation. An upscale soul food cookhouse it is famous for the chef's fried chicken. Cast iron skillets, a warm amber glow and wood were brought into the interior design.
